As I begin my day I have taken time to spend with God. It was hard to slow down and stay in the moment. As soon as I woke up I began to think about all the stuff that I needed to do. I finally had to say to myself STOP! Breath in God and carry him with you.
Today’s tool is carry God with you throughout the day.
As I am going through life I find myself getting caught up in all the stuff like work, family, AA, friends, household duties, just life. I have to discipline myself to give time to God not just in the morning, but throughout the day.
Remember to breath in God.
